Hi Everyone, due to an unpleasant news that I received recently, I think I should clear up some misunderstandings. A kind soul has notified me of a certain website that seemed to have infringed on the copyright of my works. Of course I do understand my rights (Erm I'm a Law Major student.. =X) and I know that I can take legal actions if I want to.
In a way I'm flattered that the person thinks that my designs are great, so much so that the person decided to copy them, including my fonts, item descriptions, item code numbers, among others. However, this is not the right thing to do, morally and legally.
This notice serves as a disclaimer to all my visitors that I only have 3 websites for my accessories, www.starduststory.blogspot.com, www.xangelicj.livejournal.com (which I do not use frequently), and my previous website www.xangerinz.blogspot.com (which is not in use anymore). Stardust Story is not associated to all other websites other than the 3 mentioned above.
Kind reminder to the infringer (and other potential infringers) to abide by the Copyright Act. You can refer to Singapore Statutes Online for more details.
